1. Human Resources Manager
(Hong kong Jobs)
Reporting directly to the Chairman, the appointee will have to plan, direct, manage and implement all HR and Administration related matters including recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits management, training & development, manpower planning and control, employee relations and office administration for offices in Hong Kong, China, Macau and Canada. The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
Requirements :
- University degree in Human Resources Management
- Over 10 years of HR generalist experience from multinational companies with at least 5 years in supervisory capacity
- Conversant with HK & PRC labour laws & regulations
- Experience in managing PRC offices is a must
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin, excellent proficiency in written English and Chinese
- Self motivated leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, committed, hands-on and result-oriented
- Able to to work under pressure and willing to work overtime
2. Internal Audit Manager
(Hong kong Vacancies)
Responsibilities :
-To review and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of auditing systems and procedures
-To plan and organize operational and financial audits of the Group’s activities (in HK and overseas)
-To assess compliance of approved policies and procedures
-To assist in formulating and enhancing corporate and financial policies & regulations
-To provide support to the Audit Committee based in Singapore
Requirements :
- Degree or above in Accountancy with professional qualifications
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience with the Big 4
- Knowledge in listing rules
- Strong communication skills with excellent command of English and Chinese, both written & verbal (including Putonghua)
- Strong business acumen, with proven planning, organizational and analytical skills
- Resourceful with high level initiative
- Overseas travel is required
