Credit Executive (East)

Salary: S$1800 – S$2100

Key Responsibilities:

* Effective and planned phone calls to meet collection targets
* Resolve customers’ queries promptly and effectively without controllable exception
* Maintain and reconcile accurate ledger with anomalies adjusted as per policy
* Manage key accounts (80% of receivables) due for collection without controllable exception
* Monitor high value ($) accounts/ consignments to comply with policy and terms given
* Perform credit analysis to identify risky new accounts and advise the credit limit applicable

Skills & Competencies:

* Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
* Must be proficient in software applications, particularly MS Office
* A team player with positive working attitude and strives for continuous improvement
* Customer focused and able to work well with all levels of people
* Must be effectively bi-lingual in English and Chinese

Education & Experience:

* GCE ‘O’/ ‘A’ Level or Diploma in any discipline
* Minimum 1 year’s experience in collections
